This yummy & healthy banana smoothie breakfast bowl is not only simple and delicious but it's also really quick!
The perfect breakfast to keep a dancer energised from morning until lunch time without making you feel sluggish.

🔻Slice two Frozen bananas and blend with a tablespoon of greek yogurt and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
🔻Pour into a bowl and sprinkle seeds/nuts and coconut down the centre.
🔻Finally, add some berries of your choice to either side of the seed and nut mix.
