Refund & Exchange Policy

" While we hope that you will absolutely love your Vivaz Dance shoes as much as they love you, sometimes, things just don't work out..."

So, in the case of unrequited love, or if you simply want to exchange for another style or size, we have a 30 day refund and exchange policy, simply submit a ticket using the form below and within that time and one of our friendly team members will get back to you with instructions on how to receive your refund or exchange.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

All products must be returned unworn and in their original packing and condition.

We recommend that you return the product with Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration & insurance with your postal carrier. Vivaz Dance will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to register & insure.
